UAV toolkit (beta) Details
The UAV toolkit is an experimental application for making use of your smartphone's sensors for airborne science. It's main purpose is using time or space based triggers to capture images with associated sensor data for further processing. We've designed it with the help of the Westcountry Rivers Trust (http://wrt.org.uk) and Exeter University (http://www.exeter.ac.uk/esi) for creating maps using drones, rc aircraft and kites.What's new in UAV toolkit (beta) 0.8
Warning: this version breaks existing scripts!* New main screen with flight settings.
* Four default flight modes for UAV's and kites.
* Kite mode disables camera when shaking or lens facing upwards.
* More sensors added (heartrate, step counter).
* Orientation uses new method.
* General Scheme code can now be created in the visual programming language and added to a library of functions used by flight programs.
