Yatzy (dice game) Details
Yatzy is a dice game based on the classic board game also known as Yams.Yatzy can be played solitaire or by any number of players. Players take turns rolling five dice. On each turn, a player gets up to three rolls of the dice. He or she can save any dice that are wanted to complete a combination and then re-roll the other dice. After the third roll, the player must find a place to put the score (though he or she can choose to end the turn and score after one or two rolls, if desired). If the resulting combination of dice will not fit in any unused scoring category, the player must place a "zero" in one of the unused boxes. The player with the highest total score wins the game.
In addition to all that the classic version has to offer Yatzy also adds a list of new features :

Roll dice for scoring combinations and get the highest total score.
** Game summary **
On each turn, roll the dice up to 3 times to get the highest scoring combination for one of the available categories. After you finish rolling, you must place a score or a zero in one of the category boxes on your score card. The game ends when all players have filled in all the boxes. Scores are totaled, including any bonus points. The player with the highest total wins.
