Mobile Application has been developed to deliver an enhanced experience for the customers of TVS Motor fulfilling three key objectives which are as follows:1. 2. To keep the customer updated about the company, our upcoming products and provide Tips - to get best performance from their vehicles, with the help of notifications.
3. Customers can now instantly connect both with our dealers and TVSM company to avail information/ services through features such as Service feedback, Contact Us and Dealer Locator.
What's new in TVSM Service 2.1
1. UI & UX has been completely revamped from the last version (Beta).2. Bugs related to some of the features in previous versions have been eliminated for smooth operation of app.
3. Provision for creating customer profile after having a unique log in.
4. Registering multiple vehicles under a single profile and ability to view service history, book a service and get other details of all the registered vehicles is now provided.
5. App sharing option is also now available.
